When & How to Use This Flyer

Ask the front office before posting anything. Frame it as "I have a brief informational flyer for teachers — may I post one near the teacher lounge or hallway?"

Post at teacher eye level — near a mailroom, lounge entrance, or copy room. Not on individual classroom doors without permission.

Carry extras to hand directly to teachers you meet during your visit. A flyer in hand is always more effective than one on a wall.

Follow up the same day. Send your discovery email sequence that evening — teachers who saw the flyer are already primed.
Tip: If you're doing a walkthrough with an administrator, hand them one too. It reinforces the same message they'll be communicating to teachers.
